Common areas, which usually generate high maintenance costs, are also reduced to the bare essentials. PH eco is a great option for those who prioritize their own space over expensive amenities.

build OBJECT LIBRARY Here you can find all those objects residents use at least once a month and that we believe one does not need to own, but that can be of common use. This area is so convenient that it was implemented in all PH eco developments. It can be accessed electronically and, through an app, users can book and have available any objects they may want. With “objects” we refer to those products we only use temporarily, but we don’t usually have at hand when needed, such as a ladder, a pressure washer, a lawn edger, a drill or even a picnic basket, a cool box or a simple screwdriver.

stay_current_portrait APP Through an app for electronic devices, each owner can do everything related to each PH eco: pay the maintenance fees, text the other co-owners, watch security cameras in real time, access the plans of each unit, get the regulations of the building, notify an event or just book an object from the library.

fingerprint SAFETY Access to the building will be a state-of-the-art one – through the owner’s fingerprint and/or a magnetic card, registering each access and exit in a hard disk. Furthermore, the building will count with Wi-Fi cameras in all common areas, so that users can watch them in real time from their devices, through the App.

MAHE was created by a group of professional entrepreneurs who believe it is possible to live the dream of affording your own home in a high-density urban area. MAHE covers all the stages of the development – from identifying a piece of land suitable for the execution of the project, to carrying out studies of technical and economic pre-feasibility, the investors call, the organization and management of contracts in the different stages, its marketing, commercialization and financial management; seeking to achieve attractive and practical projects with our own distinctive touch. In order to achieve these goals, it was necessary to create an interdisciplinary team of architects, accountants, economists, lawyers, communication specialists, human resources specialists, systems analysts and designers, who work together to get the expected result.

Investing by providing pieces of land: Owners of pieces of land suitable for the development of our products count with a really attractive investment opportunity, given our development structure, which allows them to get finished units within the same piece of land, finished or under construction units in other MAHE’s projects, and cash returns, or different combinations of those options.
Investing in PH eco units on pre-construction sale: This is the most “traditional” option which allows investors to buy a “pre-construction" unit, ensuring a substantial financial benefit, which arises from the purchase being financed at “cost price” and the future valuation price of a finished PH ECO unit.
Investment fund for the development: MAHE developed this exclusive investment fund for investors to participate in the purchase of the piece of land for the future development, giving them a profitability in dollars at a predetermined rate. MAHE offers a solid guarantee of the acquired piece of land and the repayment of the investment in periods of 8 to 10 months on average.
