THE NEIGHBORHOOD


The neighborhood, shaped as a pentagon, owes its name to Coghlan railroad station. Although many houses have their own gardens, the neighborhood also offers many picturesque little squares.

It may sound strange, but Coghlan has its own Obelisco: a 35-meter brick tower similar to a lighthouse.

Regarding architecture, there is a chapel which is worth admiring, the hospital chapel, which can be observed from Roque Pérez, Monroe and Rivera streets.

Not only does Coghlan have two alleys named after the famous philosophers Plutarco and Socrates, but it also has beautiful façades, lots of trees, plants and birds, and the charm of everyday nature.

THE BUILDING


PH ECO 4 is located in Coghlan, really near to línea Mitre’s train station. This development will include a commercial unit on the ground floor and 9 apartments with 2 and 3 rooms.

Sticking with our sustainability-friendly style, the building will count with solar panels and water heaters, LED lighting and a rainwater harvesting system, thus keeping maintenance fees really low.

Just as in all our developments, PH ECOco 4 will also have a bike and scooter garage, and an object library available for everyone in the building.

    Through an independent system, rainwater is harvested from terraces and gardens, and later reused to clean common areas or the sidewalk.

    Maintenance fees are really low thanks to the use of LED lights in common areas, low-cost materials and technology-driven security. PH eco is a great option for those who prioritize their own space over expensive amenities.

    Through Pheco app, users can book and have available any objects they may need, such as a ladder, a pressure washer, a lawn edger, a drill or even a simple screwdriver or a picnic basket.

    Through an app for electronic devices, each owner can pay the maintenance fees, text the other coowners, watch security cameras, access the plans of each unit, get the regulations of the building or just book an object from the library.
