Investing in PH eco units on pre-construction sale: This is the most “traditional” option which allows investors to buy a “pre-construction" unit, ensuring a substantial financial benefit, which arises from the purchase being financed at “cost price” and the future valuation price of a finished PH ECO unit.

Investment fund for the development: MAHE developed this exclusive investment fund for investors to participate in the purchase of the piece of land for the future development, giving them a profitability in dollars at a predetermined rate. MAHE offers a solid guarantee of the acquired piece of land and the repayment of the investment in periods of 8 to 10 months on average.
