The building

PH ECO Renta 11 is our second undertaking of the Renta line, designed specifically for temporary rentals. As an option, we offer to take care of the administration of these rentals.
Sticking with the sustainability-friendly style that characterizes all our developments, it will count with solar panels connected to the grid, reducing energy consumption almost to a minimum, which will lead to reduced maintenance fees. It will also have LED lighting, a rainwater harvesting system, aluminum frames with DVH, and a room to store bicycles and skateboards.
The first and second floors consist of a commercial unit, with an excellent location in the heart of a gastronomic district, and 22 one- and two-bedroom units. In addition, the top floor units have their own large terraces and independent grills.

The neighborhood

PH ECO Renta 11 is located in the neighborhood of Palermo, the largest one in Buenos Aires, which, in turn, consists of several micro-neighborhoods. One of them is Soho, where PH ECO Renta 11 is located, and which is full of businesses, independent designers, art galleries and bookstores. Our PH ECO 6 developments are also located in this neighborhood.
Another characteristic of Palermo is its low houses, which still contribute to the eclecticism of its streets today. If there is something that identifies the neighborhood, it is the urban art that abounds on its façades. Its main gastronomic and nightlife center is consolidated in Plaza Cortázar, formerly known as Plaza Serrano, surrounded by small bars, restaurants and craft fairs.
