The building

Given our goal of achieving urban houses, the project was designed prioritizing private gardens and open spaces, where each unit counts with their own lawn area and independent grill.
You can find the bike garage and the object library, along with tools for common use, in the basement.
The building’s maintenance fees are really low thanks to the energy saved by the solar panels and water heaters, LED lighting and reuse of rainwater.
The building also has a commercial unit on the ground floor, a garage for 10 cars in the basement and 10 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms on the upper floors.

The neighborhood

In 1903, this neighborhood developed in about fifty blocks and was called Ciudad Feliz (Happy City). However, it was later called Villa del Parque (Park’s City), due to its proximity to the Parque Agronómico (Agronomic Park).
“Aristóbulo del Valle” park, Cuenca street and the train station are the center of Villa del Parque, a quiet neighborhood with an important shopping center.
Another iconic landmark of this neighborhood is Club Comunicaciones, with its famous carnival parties, where many famous singers and musicians, both national and international, participate. This club is not just a meeting point for families and youngsters, but is also one of the clubs that offers the widest range of sports within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
